We hired 1Stop Floors to replace the laminate/carpet in our 2 story house with manufactured hardwood. They did the installation work back in late August/early September. I cannot recommend this company enough when it comes to floor installation services.Once the installation work began, the 1StopFloor Team moved fairly fast however I never got the sense they were rushing just to get to another job. The team took the time that was needed to make sure everything was done correctly, and they reacted well to a few unanticipated issues that came up during installation. The Team Lead, Armand, kept us well informed of his team's progress. He also did an awesome job installing our wooden stairs which were definitely challenging due to their configuration.

Aram came within one day to give us an estimate. He is very personable, gave us some excellent advice, measured quickly, and provided an estimate the next day. He was able to lean on the flooring supplier to get the materials promptly shipped and delivered, even paying out of his own pocket to expedite the delivery. Very responsive.
Armand and Mauricio arrived one week later to install the flooring. They worked efficiently and professionally. They removed existing carpet, flooring and linoleum down to the subflooring. They cleaned up each afternoon before leaving. They went the extra mile -- going to three different hardware stores to find the perfect handles for the crawl space access door.

Let me start by saying I never post reviews, that said, I have to change course and give 1StopFloors a 10 star rating. Aram was professional over the phone. Aron who fixed my buckled laminate floor knew exactly what to do. Fixed the problem and left the job perfectly clean. Worth every penny! Thank you 1StopFloors.

I got 4 quotes to replace my carpet & tile floor to LVP. Aram's quote was not the cheapest but he was also not the most expensive. His quote was very detailed in comparison to some of the other quotes I received. He was professional and easy going. Aram was also extremely responsive and made us feel at ease with scheduling and materials needed.

The work itself took 5 days. His team worked Wednesday-Saturday and Monday. They worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I was around 3/5 days painting our new baseboards while they worked. The stairs was probably the most difficult of the job. They did such an amazing job with cutting and making sure every piece fit correctly.

We are very happy with the work and will gladly use them again should we replace our carpet upstairs! They are definitely a good and liable contractor to do work with!
